I learned that the writing center can help, but it isn't that helpful for your paper. The writing center didn't help me at all. She told me everything I already knew.

The best part about my day in study hall during school. The best part of my week used to be LSU football games, but the season is nearing the end. The best part of this month is Christmas break coming up. My favorite part of the year was the summer and going into high school.

The past two weeks have been so hard, but so fun at the same time. Two weeks ago the football team won the district champion ship and finished regular season undefeated. Then that sunday we found out that we had a bye week. School last week was hard, but after football wasn't that hard and Friday we got to go straight home no practice or no game. The weekend there was no LSU game no football Saturday morning so that was very relaxing. Then there was Sunday... we had tons and tons of homework, and we had football practice for 2-5. Overall it was pretty good.

Reflection

The time in class was very interesting. In the beginning, people were organized. It was great at first. Then everyone wanted to do this and to selfish to realize they can't get what they want all the time. This would not be good in real life. It would not turn our good for anyone. We managed getting a leader very well, but everything else was terrible. We faced many many problems that I have already talked about.

A very old man with enormous wings/ Reading

I liked the short story "A Very Old Man With Enormous Wings". It was a very good story, but it was a tad bit confusing. I could follow the story, but I didn't understand the plot line. I didn't like it when they locked him up in a cage. Just because he isn't like you doesn't mean you should treat him differently.

A(n e) book

There isn't nothing that embarrassing in my literacy  narrative that is that embarrassing; besides me learning how to read when I was 7. I haven't said anything bad about someone and used their name so I think the names are fine in my paper. I think I might want to proofread it again, but I'm not sure. I think I should have made it more descriptive. I think if we didn't have to do MLA formatting, but I knew what it was I would have used it. It keeps it a lot more organized. I also think I would put some pictures to help with the visual elements.

          Yesterday, I went to my Dad's house for lunch. My grandparents where there along with my sister, my brother, his fiancé, and their baby. We had salmon, it was ok. We then watched the Ohio vs Louisville game on ESPN. I spent time with my grandparents who I see every couple years.

         After that, my niece got sick. She had a fever. My future sister-in-law said that it has happened ever since she started daycare. She took a nap and apparently was better. Her fever went down to regular temperature and everything was ok.

I am still reading Drive By Larry Bird. There still isn't much to say. It is an autobiography. There isn't a lot you can say about an auto-biography.

News Worthy

On August 23, 2013, the EHS Varsity Football team had a scrimmage against the Tara Trojans. At first, we did a 7-on-7 and Blitz pickup drills on the practice field. The 7-on-7 is Offense vs Deffense with no lineman, and they did wide receiver one on one The Blitz Pickup drills were for the offense it was to protect the quarterback from the Blitz. After that, we did a groups run which was a smaller type of scrimmage. Then we moved onto the game field and played about a 30 minute scrimmage. We didn't keep score, but we still had referees there. Tara played very well and was a worthy opponent to us.

Currently I am reading Drive By Larry Bird. It is so far a good book. It is just about the story of his life and basketball. I'm usually not hooked to auto-biographies, but this one is different and very good. I usually have lots of questions in book, but I don't have any questions because its just his life in a book. I guess you don't really get questions when reading auto-biographies.

Music
Music helps me focus on the task that I'm doing. I like to listen to music when I do homework, shower, eat, and ect. My favorite time to listen to music is when I'm playing a sport; I have a genre of music I listen to for different activities. I don't like a lot music; I'm very picky about it. I really don't like a lot of music my friends listen to. Most of my friends listen to "pop" and  rock. My favorite music is country, but I listen to different music depending on what I'm doing.

The Knife of Never Letting Go

I read the Knife of Never Letting Go over the summer. It was an o book. The beginning was boring. Then the middle was very good and all the way up to the last 10 pages were really good. Then the ending was the worst ending to a book. It had me hooked to the book and I thought they were going to get to Haven without any problems, and then Mayor Prentiss was there waiting. I was a very bad ending to a good book. My favorite part was when Viola killed Aaron; It changed the book completely. The my least favorite part was the ending. I also liked the part when Ben they found Ben again walking down the road. It was like a reunion of characters that we thought was gone. I felt so bad when Viola had to leave Manchee behind, but it was for the best they had to. I really didn't like the character Mathew Lyle he was really mean for someone from Farbranch. It was over all an good book.
